At Urban Chic Charm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy.

Returns and exchange 

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

 

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at urbanchiccharm@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
